engine gasket sets

I have a little more to grind but the inner fender will be done. I just saved $90 and the money and time it takes to ship. I got a radiator support from salvage yard and will put it all together in a few days.

Before I do I have a question?

I want to replace the gaskets and seals that cause the most problem on the engine and transmission. I was wondering (1) If taking the engine out now or taking it out at all is necessary? (2) If there is a gasket set that would have all the gaskets needed to replace the most common leaks also which brand [Fel-pro]? and (3) If there is no gasket set for what I want what are the most common leaks and the best way to fix them with the engine in or out?

Maybe by spring I will be able to have it complete and on the road.
