rear end question

Ok, i searched everywhere but i cant seem to find the answer.

I got 1969 1/2 ton c10 2wd with 3 seed manual. I am gonna put turbo 350 trenny in it that is rated for 750 hp. so i want my rear end to stand up to it. its got 12 bolt rear end but i dont think its actual rear end that they put in cars its different. does anybody know what it is rated for and if i can build it up to specs. i know i am gonna need different drive shaft can u let me know where can i get one that will handle that much power and what size.

And if i do have to go with ford 9 inch is there a kit available for my truck?

its a lot of questions but i am new to American muscle.
i will be running 427 small block built for 91 octane running around 500 hp plus 100 shot of nitrous. and use is street and strip with street legal slicks.
Thank you ahead
