Need some advice

I have a '70 long fleet with a brand new (3000 miles) 350 (.060 over) it has home-ported vortec heads, a HE260 cam, 1.6 stamped roller rockers, headers, a weiand stealth intake and a 600 vacumn secondary..... the motor has dished hyperecutec pistons, stock rods, four bolt mains, 9:1 compression and a cast crank......... the truck has a th-350 and 3.08 open diff which i am replacing with a 700-r4 and a 3.73 posi........................... I want this thing to eat a stock '09 challenger (13.2 seconds) for breakfast...... can i do this on my new stock short block?........... what mods are recomended.....my idea is a weiand 142 huffer and AFR 195 heads and a blower cam........I am on a budjet and do what I can when I have the money.......... this is my daily driver...........a HT502 big block would be nice but thats $5600
