Disc brake kit differences

Classic Performance Products has two disc brake kits listed. One uses the 71-72 parts and the other uses 73-up parts. I was wondering if there was any difference in performance between these two kits?

Kit #6370SWBK-6D and #6370SWBK-6OE

Does one give better turning radius than the other?
Does one have bigger discs/pads than the other?
Any other benifits from one to the other?

Also, if anyone has good/bad experiences with the rear disc upgrades, I'd appreciate your thoughts on that.

Thanks.
