Firewall block off plates for non AC truck

Was someone on the board selling or making or having a template to cover up the holes in the firewall after I have removed the stock heater and fan set up?

I did a little search, but found very little help.

I am going to weld up the heater openings, but I thought a template would make the whole process faster.
I know I can make a tracing and transfer it to some steel but if someone already has a template that would be helpful.
