64 chevy short fleet?

I am looking at buying a 64 swb fleet truck that comes with a 66 lwb bucket and lots of parts. Heres the deal.
64 swb dissasembled cab on frame no rust on cab needs 1 cab corner has new rocker and doors are excellent original paint
frame cleaned and primed need some work not much
second owner in the family. Comes with original motor 6 cyl and has original powerglide trans and posi rear with 350 motor installed
bed needs some metal work on dr side wheel arch (rust)
pass side has been hit and mangled the taillight cap and ripped the bedside up the seam but look repairable w\little rust.
I dont have pics so I described what I could see but the guys grandad bought the truck new in 64 and when he died gave it to him and he has lost intrest and want to get rid of everything so I also get the lwb rust bucket that has a few parts usable but mostly scrap. Sound like its worth $800.00?
