electric fan question

I've got a single 16inch electric fan set up on my 350. I plan on going to a dual fan set up in the near future but for now the single fan has to do the job. The problem I have is that the current fan is a pusher style and according to the instructions cannot be wired to be a puller style. Does anyone know of a way to wire it so that it becomes a puller style? My only other solution is to mount it on the opposite side of the radiator, but if I do that I'll have to relocate my oil cooler.
