Would you consider my truck a rat rod?

I decided on trying to make my truck into a rat rod for a while until later on when i can get some paint on it.
But would you consider it to be a rat? Any tips on what I could do to make it more of one would help.
Im planning on getting some rallies or steel wheels pretty soon and should I paint them red or black or any other color that would look good
