Hello from Houston...

just wanted to say "Hello" to everyone.
i just recently picked up a 1960 Chevy Apache Longbed. nothing too crazy,...SBC(305), auto.
I have plans to bag it all the way around and just have fun with it!
overall it's in decent shape. driver floor pan needs some work, rockers need a lil attention and of course the bed is shot...but all in all not too bad. runs, drives, and stops...i figure its a good start.

i ended up looking around for trucks, well, cause i love trucks and i got burnt out on my other almost finished project...a 1953 Chevy 4door sedan.
i built that from the ground up for the most part. all thats left is some minor body work and interior. i build the driveline 100%. '75 292 inline 6, mild Isky cam, cast iron headers, offy 4 bbl w/600cfm edlebrock on top. th350 trans and a 3:42 locker in the back. it's a fun car to drive, but i think my time has ended with that. so i managed to talk the wife into this truck, but i gotta sell the '53....unfortunatley don't have room for both...or the money. (three kiddos take up most of the paychecks

but other than that, i look forward to chattin with some of ya'll and absorbing any and all info/advice i can on these trucks.
