Engine running hot help

Here we go again, the engine is running hot in the blazer now and i just wanted to ask a few questions, how do i know what the cause is, any signs that would lead me to the thermostat, water pump or radiator, also what is the best way to flush the block and radiator.

Thanks again ,

chris
