Well, I think I got it... If i weld a tube of the proper diameter and lenght(to include an O Ring) to the VC, I can push the PCV valve in but not hit the rocker arms. Then with some modeling clay and saran wrap on the inside of the VC I will be able to see how much clearance I have for the diffuser. After reading some threads on the truck side, I see how it is supposed to work Or, do nothing and let the Offy's vent
