ABS/Brake light

On our trip to Colorado this past week had an issue with my 2000 1500 suburban.
Left Dallas and got to Amarillo with no issues. Got into Raton pass the next day and stopped by Micky D's for some lunch. Pulled back out on the road and my ABS/Brake light dash warning lights came on. Pulled into the visitors center to find a local dealer. Walked in and came back out to discover the warning lights no longer on.
Went into Colorado and up and down the mountains for 3 days with no issues.
Came back on Friday and right past Whicata Falls the lights came back on.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?
