Been looking around a while, and think this is a great site! Thought I'd chime in and say hi. Just bought a '71 C-10 Fleetside Longbed with a 350. It's just about bone stock except for dual exhaust. It's the base Custom model red with a white cab top. According to the glove box sticker, the only original options were an auto tranny, HD rear springs, amp/temp/oil gauges, chrome front bumper and full hub caps. It's got the metal door panels, standard dash knobs, white base dome light which only works when you turn the headlight knob (no switches in the door jambs), and the black plastic plug where a lighter should be. I'm not sure it even had a radio when it was new. There isn't one listed on the glove box sticker so I doubt it. I'll just be looking to fix it up and make a solid good looking driver out of it. I'll fix it up, but I probably won't add anything to it except the AM radio I got at the local wrecking yard. Even if it didn't come with one new, I'm not driving around without a radio!
