Window Regulator Help

When I bought my truck the person before me had already replaced the drivers window regulator. The window would roll down fine but coming back up was another story. It was hard to roll back up. The regulator messed up and I replaced it again. I greased the track REALLY good upon installing the new regulator. Now it is back to being easy to roll down but difficult to roll up. Is there something that I am missing when installing the new regulator? Seemed like a really easy unscrew/re-screw operation, not much to it. I just don't want to be replacing the regualtor every couple of months. Any help would be great, thank you
