Put on your thinking caps....

Back in 2002 when i first moved to colorado i had to replace some u-joints in a chalet of all things while working at frieghtliner. The chalet had quite the outdoors paint scheme painted on the sides but i noticed it had twin saddle tanks hiding under her. The fill cap was accessed via the rear wheel well area.
Has anyone seen this before or remember who made these back in the day?
