Powder Coater Messed Up My Wheels!

I went to the PC shop to save me some time & labor on these. The areas in the center of the wheels ALL built up & looked "splatered". After five weeks, they didn't have them fixed, so I had to just go get them. What a mess!. Had to commercially reblast, torch, scrape & blast again to get most off.
Covered the rough areas with two-part 3M duramix self leveling seam sealer. That stuff is great & tough. See in pics.
Painted with E-primer & two part PPG Concept. Nice paint, but way too much work on these.
