Who makes ALL of the steering column parts? To start my 84 I put the key in, turn it all the way, then pull the rod on the left to start it. The PO screwed up the column, he broke the collar, the gear shift has to get pull past the wheel to put it in gear, he broke a piece on the top of the rod that goes from top to bottom on the left side of the column. Also, would it just be easier to get a new column? Mine has tilt, also has (cruise, blinker, and wipers all on one switch), and is auto on the column.
