which brackets do i need?

i searched through 13 pages of old posts and still am not sure what i need to do. Heres what i got. I have a 68 frame, a 76 front crossmember and th400 tranny. I got my tranny back today and put the motor and tranny in the truck on the small block towers in the forward position. I then tried to put my dynomax headers on the motor and they hit the control arm. I want to move my motor to the rear position, can i use the v8 towers i have (68) or do i need the v6 towers to put the 350 in the back holes?
