NEW overdrive kickdown switch

Quick story... Last week I was searching for an overdrive kickdown switch for my Borg-Warner overdrive unit. These switches are very hard to find, so I had feelers out to several places. I made over 12 phone calls to places from Boston, MA to Seattle WA. As it ended up, I purchased 2 of these switches, at the time, not sure which seller would be willing to part with one. Well, I only need one. I will sell one of them for what I paid for it. $59.50 - shipping included to the lower 48.
This switch mounts near the carb and kicks the overdrive unit out when the driver determines so. CG's latest pics of the '69 overdrive show a clear pic of it mounted near the linkage. It works for the 6 or 8 cylinder.
