anyone ever replace front fenders and have this...

a problem with the rear of the hood not sitting flush. But the fenders are aligned with the doors, windshield pillars, etc... Already tried loosening the hinge bolts on each fender to adjust it with no luck. Not sure if I should try making the holes oblong so I can "push" the hinges down.

front parts is fine and it closes fine too
