Replacing Sheetmetal

First off, I'm new to this board and don't how I got along without it!! I've learned alot just by browsing...
I got this truck about a year ago, drove it and now it's time for some lovin... , nice original truck (2nd owner).
I finnally got some cash together to attack the rust on the cab.
Local shop has a good reputaion for doing 67-72's has a real nice project in works of his own.
I just got an estimate to replace:
Three cab mounts
Both corners
Both Rockers
Floor braces
Patch the floor pans
Repair both doors (front lower corners)
and Put in new bushings while the cab is in the air.

$170 parts
$150 misc shop supplies
$1350 labor (30 hrs)

High, Low or Just Right???
