A few questions, steering and body mount related

Ok, first off, my steering. This seems to be a problem on both my trucks, but Im only worried about the 79 right now. The steering kinda wonders from time to time, and if I hit the brakes really hard at freeway speeds [around 80mph] your guess is as good as mine which way its going to pull, but be assured it will pull in one direction. What do I need to do to fix it? New ball joints and bushings all around, or more then just that?

2nd: body mounts. It seems like the rear of my cab is starting to sag a little. I HATE HOW THAT LOOKS! How hard is it to replace those bushings, and how many are there?
