Body bushing replacement

Okay, so I have the front fenders off and I'm going to re-align the parts to make the front end straight again. I thought while I did this, it might be a good idea to replace the bushings under the radiator core support. My question is can I do this without replacing the cab bushings or will it really foul all the body panel alignments up? I plan on doing the cab bush when I work on the cab.
