4 groove crankshaft pulley

Is there such a thing? I am adding a/c to a 350 V8 and it now has a 3 groove crank pulley, but the third position, counting away from the harmonic balancer, has a space between 1st and 2nd grooves, see attached photo.
I'm thinking the components I have are off a smog pump motor that only had power steering.
A 3 groove will fit and line up with the water pump pulley, which will be changed to a 2 groove. And then line up with a/c compressor and alternator, but the 3rd groove won't be in line for the power steering pump.
Could it be a different pulley is needed for the power steering?
