Rear control arm bushings.

I have done a search and didnt come up with alot on this. I have a couple questions.

1. I pull a 16ft trailer alot with cars/trucks/atv's you name it i pull it practically. Would switching over to poly bushings help in stabilizing the rear end any from swaying? If not/so what do you suggest.

2. How do I go about replacing them. I've read press the old ones out as well as burn and replace. Are there better or more proper options?

Thanks in advance.
