Option code question

I have some questions regarding reading the "Service Parts Identification" plate in the glove box. My 1972 truck has tilt, tach, wood grain Basil ,glove box and door panels. It also has Cheyenne Super emblems on the front fenders and Glove box.I have wood grain molding on the bottom and no top molding. The plates on the glove box and door jam match as well

My questions are: does the options list always have every option listed? the tilt and tach are not on mine. Also I have the option code "Z84 Cheyenne Super Equipm" I thought that "z84" was the code for a Cheyenne and Ye9 was for a Chyenne Super. I suspect that my truck may be a "Super" clone is there any way to find out for sure? Is there any way to identify a reproduction service parts identification plate?

Thanks
