Talking heater core before & after

Here are some pics of before & after heater core swap. May I add was alot of fun. It wasnt all that bad doing the actual swap. The time consuming part was cleaning up the heater box for paint and putting a few coats on it. I scuffed it up between coats, and I also took apart the blower motor(fan blades) scrubbed them clean, cleaned the inside of the whole box, and lubed up that annoying bracket that the cable for the heat mounts on to. I should have no more squeaking when I slide that lever. The heater motor to firewall seal was a little fun to work with so I glued it to the heater box with some black rtv silicone and a heat gun. Thanks to Tim Christian @ Christians Classics for his seal kit. They worked out great !!! :c2
