Late model seat belts, need application

I had read that S10 or Bravada seat belts work in our trucks, but when I contacted a vendor of S10 parts, he said they wouldnt work b/c they anchor to the wall and not the floor.
Is that the case or will these also bolt to the floor? I want to use a retracting shoulder belt system.
Anyone know of a different donor that works cleanly? I do not have the gas tank in cab. Pictured of installed belts would be awesome as well as input from someone who had done an installation.
If someone has a set, I need Blue color.....
