Front shock mount problem. I know this has been discussed. . .

but I searched the forum and I'm still not sure what I need to do. My passenger side shock bolt is moving around in the frame. I've read that it can be welded, but I'm not a welder. Is this something most shops can handle or do I need to take it to an actual welder? If so, any recommendations in the Tulsa area? I also read about a mounting plate that could be used. Does anyone have experience with this plate? Any other possible fixes? Thanks for your input.
