Taking off mirrors...

I decided to get these powder coated the suggested silver, and Im going to paint the rear bumper to match.

Figured I would just take em off after dinner, should only take a couple of minutes. NOT... dang, I had to take the door handle, window crank and door panel off just to get to the nuts on the back side. I had no idea they were put on that sturdy. Getting a little half in wrench all the way up there is almost impossible unless you have little spider monkey arms. All my tools are basic standard tools. No funny shaped handles or bendy sockets and such. Ill have to take another stab at it tomorrow.

Remember to give yourself some time if you ever want to get this style mirror off. Sport mirrors are looking real good right now. =)
