Yet another rocker panel repair question and help needed...

1970 Chevy Blazer

I am going to have to have a body shop do this for me because I am on disablility right now and limited to what I can do. I know I will need the outer rocker panel, but what else would probably be needed to repair my passenger side? I would like to order some of the pieces now if possible.

On my drivers's side (no pics), the rocker panel is solid with no rust, the only thing that is rusted and missing some is the trim edge that the weatherstripping and door sill trim mount. Similiar to the bottom edge/door sill area in the pics of the passenger side, just not rusted in all the other areas. It's just along the sill and has rusted and broke off some. Is there anyway to repair just that part without replacing the entire rocker panel?

Thanks for any help or suggestions you can offer on this.
