V-8 267 motor

alright i have the chance to buy a complete running 267 for CHEAP. I'm not asking about how to build it up or if a bigger motor is better, I already know the answers to that. I'm just curious if this motor would have enough power to move my 64? Its only gonna be used as my "oh, sh*t" motor in case something happens to my 350. and it would only be ran for a week or two while rebuilding the 350. The stock v-6's put out as much HP as it does so I think it'd be fine, but you never know....
