How do you tell if it's a 50th?

Sorry if this has been covered before, and I'm sure it has. I didn't come up with much in searches.
I'm going to look at a truck that is believed to be a 50th but I don't know how to tell for sure. I do know about the paint but that's it. I also know that the driveline has been replaced in this one.
Anybody got suggestions what to look for?
