1970 C10 Just Gettin Started

Hey I want to introduce myself and the truck I just got. I've been wanting to get into this hobby for many years but haven't had the means. I still don't have the means but I'm gonna figure how to do it anyway. I picked up this truck from a guy on Craigslist for $1500. I was able to drive it home (barely). Good thing I bought it 4 miles away from my home.

I'll probably start a build thread since I plan to remove all parts down to the frame and recondition or replace everything. I want to do as much of this myself as possibleAnd I want to chronicle the entire project.

I really don't know a lot about working about on vehicles but I am a technician in a print shop so I am not intimidated when it comes to taking things apart and repairing them. I'm going to try to budget roughly $500 per month and 10-15 hours per week. But we'll see how that goes. I also will be doing the majority of the work in the backyard because the garage is off limits unfortunately.
