Clutch adjustment or bad pressure plate?

I have a C30 with 4 speed granny and a 292. It sits for a couple of weeks in between drive times. This time I get in it and can't get into reverse or granny without grinding and its hard to get into first (not granny). I adjusted the clutch peddle so that the clutch engages about 1 1/2 inch off the floor, no difference. Then I adjusted so it engages when nearly all out, no difference. I have driven it about 45 miles in this condition and no difference now. When I start it with the clutch in either above adjusted positions the truck will seem to move forward (or backward in reverse) just a little. Any thoughts??

Thanks
Chuck
