manual to automatic

hi, i just installed my new summit headers and there is a very tight fit, and now i cant get my clutch linkage back to where it was...i was thinking about switching to automatic anyway...can anyone please give me a list of the exact items i will need to convert over and how hard is it really? also how much am i looking at to convert over using all used stuff. thanks,
