Carb Welch Plug leak on 1972 GMC
Hello,
I have a 1972 GMC Pickup, its got a 2 barrel carb with the fuel filter in the carb. One day i was driving home and smelt fuel at idle. I opened the hood and noticed some seeping out of the welch plug on the carb right where the fuel line and filter enter into the carb. Is this something easy to fix or do i have to replace/rebuild the carb? If need be i can get a picture taken. It has the sb 350 and probably the quadrajunk or rochester on it. Thanks Jason
