Upgrades are getting cheaper...

Have you guys noticed how cheap later model Suburbans have gotten? Pretty tempting to do a complete drivetrain upgrade and get FI, overdrive and nice seats all in one swoop... By the time you part out the rest and sell the original Blazer parts, it might be a wash. I keep thinking that when the price of gas goes back to $4+ that 10 mpg is going to be pretty hard to deal with.

The most tempting I saw recently was a 4x4 7.4 auto with black leather and nice wheels/tires that was going for $2500. If my truck wasn't running so good right now, I'd have probably pulled the trigger....
