Horn button kit and installation

Guys,

I am new to the site and have some questions. To start, one at a time I purchased a horn button kit and cancellation cam from LMC and am having a problem figuring out how the parts from the button kit load into the cam. I am talking about the small plunger with a head and the spring and sleeve. Mine was not there to begin with and I am not sure if the small black sleeve goes in then the spring and finally the plunger with the head(looks like a nail). Can anyone help?? My truck is a 67 chevy stepside w/400sb and a 350 turbo tranny.:
