SWB stepside bed in AZ - cheap

I have a shortbed stepside that I pulled off of a project truck. The bed is rough but the driver's side fender is in great shape and both steps look to be in great shape as well. The passenger side fender is toast. It has a GMC tailgate that has seen better days as well as the bed sides (the pockets are torn). The front panel looks to be decent. Overall, I think all but the passenger side fender is repairable.

I would prefer not to ship it since its probably not worth the hassle. I'll try and post some pictures tomorrow. I'm asking $150 just to get rid of it. If it doesn't sell I will pull out the MIG welder and stud welder and fix the bedside pockets.
