Question 1" Bodydrop with body mounts? Is it that simple?

Just thinking out loud right now!

What issues if any could I expect by lowering the body mounts an inch? I've got a high hump tranny cover laying around, 2.5" spindles, and plan on bagging with maybe an 8" pipe in LCA for an extra inch or so and a notch out back.

Is it really just that simple as lowering the body mounts an inch and throwing it all back on?
