Turn signal issue

82 gmc c15
Ok the problem is that when i activate the right turn signal or the hazards it blows out the turn signal and hazard fuse.

Trying to isolate the problem.
  • verified i was running 1157 lights.
  • disconnected rear lights to see if it was a bad socket or wiring no luck
  • Checked and cleaned the grounds. I counted 4 (two on the front right, one on the front left, and one on the rear left.
  • Took the front wireing out the loom and verified the was no cracking or shorts.
  • same with the rear wiring.

The left side still works great.

Do you guys have any ideas on what to test?

Could the charging system surge cause the hazard/stop fuse to blow? Why i ask is i had all the signals working. 5 min later i take it to the inspection shop around the corner and both fuses are blown which brings me to my current state.
