Just bought new truck 1971 SWB 454

I jumped on CL this morning and what popped up? A 1971 SWB 454 chevy. The picks looked good so I emailed the guy and drove over to his house. It was a 1971 big block 454 short bed with a 1991 short bed step side bed and redone interior. The engine started and ran good and trans shifted good. The body was rust free and it had AZ plates on it. The headers need to be hooked up, but other than that it ran and looked good. The kicker is he was asking $1500 and after I looked it over he dropped the price to $1200. I ran to the bank and shelled out the $1200 with a grin on my face.

It has new tires and aluminum rims, edlelbrock 4 barrel and 1 7/8 headers.

It needs a grill bezel and grill, front bumper, PS fender(dent) and hood (dent).

I think I got a killer deal, but I will post some pics and you can decide!
