Well for the last couple of months I have been looking for a decent running decent condition SWB 68-72 truck. I was not concerned to much with what the motor was as I would replaced it anyways.
Well after looking around between the SW I would find fairly rust free trucks that were not painted so you could see what the body was like but they wanted to much money for what they had. If they were painted you could see rust through the paint and so once again no use in buying a painted truck that had to be sanded down and given rust repair.
After all the searching I decided to find a roller and build from there. I found a nice roller from a member in Indiana and am having it shipped out here. Heres a few pics of his roller. Seems everything has been gone through and is pretty much brand new.
The wheels are Boss 304 wheels 22" rears and 20" fronts which are for sale in the parts section as I am going to go with some coys. The motor will be removed as well as it is a nicely rebuilt 305 but I am installing a Vortech Big Block 496 in this truck.
