Question Head Gasket replacement

So I am changing out my head gasket that blew and i am trying to pull off my heads. I am on the passenger side head. I've removed the intake manifold. All the push rods and the 7 nuts holding it on the inside and i believe it's 8 nuts holding it down on the inside. What else do i need to do? I am new to this. I have read an article about it i'm sure i'm missing one or two small things preventing me from getting it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's on a 72 350 the engine is supercharged if that matters much
