How much trouble is a cab/bed/body swap ???

Reason I ask is, I'm a one-man operation.

I wondered how heavy a stripped cab and bed are ?

Am I going to need jacks and a hoist ? (I have them anyway) or are these something I can muscle around myself ?

I only have a 12ft wide x 36ft long concrete slab outside to work on. My 87 Buick Grand National is inside the garage with the motor out... and my brother has a 73 MGB in the other bay... so garage space is at a premium right now.

I want to put my 67 body on my 72 chassis... and need to figure out a practical way to get it done...

I was thinking... park the 72 in front, with the 67 behind it. Lift the cab and bed off the 67 chassis... then back the 67 chassis out from under it... THEN, lift the 72 cab and bed off the frame... and roll the chassis backwards and under the 67 body.

Does that make sense ?

I guess my main question is... How heavy is this stuff ?
