My name is Chris, I just bought a 69 3\4 ton Suburban. It's a little rough, and will be my rat rod project. Its a 350 with a 4sp WITH 4:11's which I thought was cool. My plans are to keep the outside basically as is, lower it, eventually air ride, and put red smoothie wheels with white wall tires. Most likely will have to switch to half ton axles, but that wont be right away. Im new to chevy trucks and have owned mainly Ford vehicles in the past, so this is a learning experience for me. Judging from what I have already read, it looks like I came to the right place.

Here are a couple pics!
