Some progress.
1st pic removed the PO mess, they overlayed the new corners over the originals. 2nd and 3rd pics show them getting cut off, and the cleaned metal ready for fitting my new corners. The last 2 pics are showing the challenge ahead of me to make it work with the door and rocker.
