step notch price?

well i have decided to rebuild my truck since the man hole accident. everyone has told me to splice my frame with another, not going to do it. i figured i would just get a new frame and notch it and bolt my entire truck on it. my question is, are any of the vendors on here doing specials right now? i had a kp before but he seems to be the highest. any help would be great, thanks.
