I found a guy on Ruff Rodders who is working on a '66 'Burban and is using a International Scout II gas tank and it looks like a sweet setup. From what I have researched it's 19 gallons and looks like it fits well. Only problem I have had is finding a new one, they all seem to be Poly and not steel. Here's some pics,
Just throwing out another idea. BTW, the tank for the Bel Air you list also comes in steel, at about $160. Might be in your budget.
